I filed several complaints on the "Inspector General Social Security Administration Website) against U.S. Bank. The Inspector General, Social Security Administration Fraud Investigators did nothing. They never acknowledged my complaints.

U.S. Bank harasses and has stolen my Social Security Check and refuses to stop threatening and harassing me. They blatantly keep my check despite my asking them, the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Reserve to assist. I asked both agencies to have U.S. bank return my check to Social Security and to cease contacting me. I never heard from the Federal Reserve regarding my online complaint and the BBB evades helping.

I closed my Bank accounts with U.S. Bank (1000 E. Ellis, Chicago, IL. 60628) in June 2015 and U.S. Bank mailed me a letter confirming closing my accounts yet when they received my Social Security check they kept it and began harassing and threatening me through mail and email. I recently received on online statement via email. A few days later I received an email saying my bank accounts have been breached. Yesterday, I received a package in the mail from U.S. Bank. They continue to contact me and they continuously attempt to defraud me, they continue to keep my Social Security check, and they continue to keep my bank accounts open. U.S. bank attempted to defraud me of a rebate check and to steal money off my prepaid card in which I was unaware that they were the holders of the funds.

There is definitely identity theft/fraud in my name being done by U.S. Bank as well. See http://chicago.cbslocal.com/2014/08/27/2-investigators-hackers-stealing-social-security-payments/# THIS IS A MASS COVERUP! IT'S THE BANKS!

Please join and sign the petition via Facebook message on social security administration corruption. We have to get the media involved. This is wrong what they are doing. Thank you
