Office Of The President Award Notification commision Oh yeah I received my letter today informing me that I won 2 million dollars...whooppeee....yeah right...I used the letter as a pooper scooper in the backyard. What I want to know is why they are wanting to charge me 12.99 and others 11.99 gee I can't even get a brake on a scam...... kansas city Kansas

I'm lucky today...I received my offical letter today , It stated that I won 2million dollars and ALL I had to do was send them 12.99?

Now why would they want me to send them money when they could easily take it from the winnings?

Why are they charging me 12.99 and others 11.99???
