I am posting this complaint primarily due to the abuse of power committed against me by members of the Palos Verdes Police Department. I was a resident and student at P.V.H.S. from 1971-1979 and migrated to the South Bay Area. Because a future police officer had lived on my street on Via Boronada, I became marked by the beast for getting involved with him at a young age.

The police officers in Palos Verdes Estates have been known to cover-up for one another and seek to severely persecute anyone who knows and discloses their criminal, deceptive nature. For instance, a P.V.H.S. classmate who lived on my street was known to drive while drinking, with beer in his car under the influence, was known to drive recklessly, was known to have "angel dust" parties at his parent's home for high school friends, though he didn't do drugs himself. Yet, this boy who had networked early with the P.V. police officers, eventually became an officer for the cit of Hermosa Beach at their encouragement. One of his friends was Steve Eberhard, another H.S. graduate and he became a Palos Verdes Police Officer in the late 80's.

This boy who had lived on Via Boronada on my street got involved with me at a young age due to the spin the bottle games he initiated with the girls in the neighborhood. He'd often call and hang up to try and get me to come out and do things with him in the nearby fortes. He once came onto my property late at night after one of his parties and hung out at my window. In the morning I found my dog with a stick twisted in her choker collar in an attempt to harm her. I viewed this as a threat for not coming out to have sex with him and became frightened.

Years later the loser was still living with his mother. He managed to get involved with my mother after her divorce from my father and f**ked her one night after he got she and a friend drunk. This idiot later became a Hermosa Beach Police officer and was good friends with Officer Steve Eberhard in Palos Verdes Estates.

I was justifiably concerned this police officer I went to high school with was out of control and seeking an entrance into my life in any way he could. He had also tried to have sex with my younger sister who was 6 years younger. Yet, I knew he wasn't a Palos Verdes Police officer so I wasn't worried about going into the city.

I was to learn that the close knit tight society of Palos Verdes seeks to inflict its special powers on anyone who exposes these men's immoral, unlawful conduct not to mention their trying to influence others against any individual who has such knowledge.

In the early 80's I witnessed Mr. Eberhard with two of his friends at a condo complex rec center where I lived Rancho Palos Verdes. As I was watching a tennis match on a large screen t.v., these guys were unaware I was listening to their conversation. One of them had mentioned wanting to steal some furniture from the facility. That was my last experience with Mr. Eberhard prior to what transpired 8 years later.

In 1992, I had just bought a new motor scooter, 149cc that could go 50 mph at the most. The day I took it out for my first ride it had no plates, and I thought Palos Verdes would be a nice first ride, with it's ocean coastal views.

I was in a 25mph zone going up the long hill on the way to the place I used to live. I saw a police car on the way up, with some lazy a*s police officer sitting in an obvious speed trap. It's difficult to go up the hill without exceeding the ridiculous 25 mph. The purpose of this speed limit is really to enable police to stop anyone they want. So, I gave the police car a thumbs down and passed it by not thinking it would matter at all, as I had First Amendment Rights.

A police officer was right on my tail and I pulled over. As I recognized it was Officer Eberhard, I became frightened and took off. Within 5 minutes, they had caught me and my top speed was 45 mph as I was very careful not to get myself into an accident. What I suffered from this incident was as follows:

1. 220 hours of community service

2. Severely bruised wrists from the handcuffs being put on way too tight.

3. Virtual Rape as I was bent over a wall with my legs spread as Mr. Eberhard stood between them for several minutes.

4. Mocked by several officers who came to the scene to laugh at me.

5. A threat in court of additional 40 hours of Cal Tran that the prosecutor sought as a result of Mr. Eberhard's police report. The public defender had to argue against this excessive sentence.

6. A threat in court of additional jail time as well.

This reckless driving ticket was nothing more than going 45 mph on a motor scooter in a 25 mph zone and some weaving in and out of a narrow road.

In San Francisco a major vandal recently got 39 hours of community service and his 6 misdemeanors will be dismissed. He will pay a fine of $10K the next 4 years. Compare what a major vandal got to what I got and the harsh sentence should be clear to anyone. 220 hours is equivalent to one month of full time work that I had to perform within 1 year of my sentence. This means I spent each summer weekend doing 8 hours of work on the beach and had to get up at 6:00am in the morning.

The "evading peace officer" ticket isn't what it appears to be on my record.

I worked hard in the youth community work program while I was in high school, cleaning houses and babysitting. I was not a rich princess. I had won 3 awards in music at their high school.

The officers in Palos Verdes are egotistic, sexist and racist. They are also incredible hypocrites who think they are above the law. They are a close knit community that covers up for one another while attacking anyone who can expose the nature of their fascism.

Thumbs down still applies. Not heroes, just huge egos in bed with the local media that writes fabricated scripts for them on Valentine's Day. It was virtual rape. They pointed their guns at me. The were idiots.
