Ordered a pair of women's Teva shoes from officialtourism.ca. Thought it was a Canadian website. A few weeks later I received a pair of men's Converse shoes instead.
Contacted customer service and told them I received the wrong thing. They wanted me to take a picture of the item, which I did.
They emailed me back and said I should be happy with the shoes since they are a very hot item right now on their website. I didn't care if they were a hot item. They were not what I ordered and I couldn't wear them since they were men's shoes.
I have asked for a return label and for my money back four times. They first offered to just give me a discount on my next order. I refused since I will never be ordering from them again.
They then offered to just give me back a 15% refund and I can keep the shoes. Seriously!?! I refused again, once again stating I didn't want these men's shoes that I cannot wear. I wanted a full refund.
