offthehookbikinis.com OTHB False Tracking NumberS! Lie after lie, she even made up someone in her church had died! Horrible Customer Svc Internet
I placed the order on January 24th. This woman e-mailed me MULTIPLE times a day to make sure she got her $ right away... harassing me on facebook, e-mail, everywhere! She promised I would have my bathing suit by Feb 16th as she knew I needed it for a special occasion. She lied and lied to me the whole time! Assuring me how much she loved her "Jersey girls" etc. AND she kept my design! She's a fake as she ripped 2 other people I know at the same time! Had I known I would have never ordered from her.
She went from communicating with me day in and day out to being MIA, I haven't heard from her in almost a month! since the date my bathing suit was supposed to be delivered. She is still taking orders from other people as I had one of my friends e-mail her to see if she'd answer her back, AND she did! within a 10 minute window! I've tried communicating with her via e-mail, via facebook and via Paypal and she hasn't responded to me at all. She kept telling me she sent it and giving me fake tracking #'s. Once she even told me someone had died, who says that?! Why does someone in her church passing away have anything to do with me?
Just HORRIBLE customer service and even worse Business woman. She is a ripoff.
