We came to purchase this car and when we agreed upon terms and came we were lied to and told the car was sold which was a lie in order to try to sell the car for more to another customer even though we were present like we agreed, finally the manager came and said there will not be a commision and we would get a free oil change for the inconvenience and that they were selling it to us. When we called about the free oil service Kari said she doesnt care she is only working with new customers and I told her thats unethical and where is kurt her manager and she said he is no longer with the company. She totally ignored it.

I finally reached someone after many days of having my time wasted telling me I would get a call back and then their attorney Keith Kassan called very unethically telling me that even with evidence of the oil change good luck and if I want any legal problems to bring it on showing his lack of concer for wasting mine and the courts resources and time as well as no consideration for his employer or liability. I have filed a consumer affairs complaint and reported Keith Kassan to the attorney state bar. I still will file with
