autistic resident punched in chest and then  grabbed by the shirt and jerked to his feet by an state employee.  Minutes earlier, resident was placed in an dangerous prone restraint which had been banned in Ohio for a few years.   Mother of  resident witnessed and audiotaped  both  incidences.

resident eloped and ran across the street and broke out windows in a house and facility didn't know it had happened until resident told them.

staff cut up some of resident's  clothes to make it look like resident tore up his clothes after mother asked why wasnt  resident wearing all the different clothes she had brought to the facility for him.  After the fling of an lawsuit, staff altered  a brand new winter coat his mother brought to him.

Because of mother's advocacy for her son, she was removd  was removed as guardian for her son for medical and placement decisions. The Oho dept. of DD,  Franklin county board of DD, OSU Wexner Medical Center and GAL David Belinky lied, slandered and misrepresented the mother to the court both verbally and on paper.

this is the second admission for the resident to this facility.  The resident was also beaten and assaulted during his first admission there and both the resident and another resident told the mother about it  and the mother has it on audiotape.  The first admission was voluntary,  the current admission was involuntary after the county board filed to have resident committed.  More on that later.   The highway patrol refused to file an report.
