After seeing ohiotitlesonline.com i read through and saw that there was a gurantee taht they will get me my lost vehicle title. I even called the company and spoke to the owner buddy cohen. He said it was not a problem and i should go on his wabsite and pay via paypal and in 4-6 weeks i will have my title. Thinking it was a sure thing i paid via pay pal and waited and waited and waited. 4 weeks later i called and i said where are my titles.
after chasing him around he said he cant do it and he tried to give me a form to fill out and send to the state saying that im a towing company and the car is being impounded and i "the towing company need the title". I declined being apart of this fraud of his and asked for my money back. He said no. I spoke with pay pal and it looks like that's his game. He hooks you and then waits 45 days and then pay pal cant refund the money. I looked him up and he has been sued more times than I can count. I aod soon to be one of them. Take my advice and run! Bud Cohen is a crook!

Saw this post and glad to know that i am not alone. Buddy also threatened me with calling the police claiming "fraud" on my part. Not sure how that could be but once i asked for a refund he flipped out and said he will call the cops. Im guessing it was just to scare me and it worked. I never persued him or his company for the money i had paid for nothing. Im glad to hear that some one is standing up to him. Im sure false police reports in order to hustle people out of money is also fraud mr. bud cohen. Is ohotitleonline.com allowed to operate in another state? Bud cohen isnt even an attorney according to the bar. I just wanted to reply to this post and i will be making my own report as well in hopes that more people can see what type of scam is going on. I also hope he replies to me. I have a few words for him.

Levi Bieda of bhph real estate contacted Ohio titles online to obtain a vehicle title for a vehicle he claimed he had purchased from a towing company in MI. He signed a terms sheet and power of attorney swearing to tell the truth. After 2 title searches and 3 certified letters were completed the truth came out. He had no bills of sale. He had no receipts. He had no proof of ownership. Mail sent to the towing company was returned as non deliverable. The towing company did not own the vehicles. We advised Mr Bieda of the facts returned to us and Buddy Cohen advised him he should go to the police and make a report. If the owner and/or lien holder were to report the vehicle as stolen he could be charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. Bieda then told Buddy Cohen that he had transacted business in the past with Carrs Towing and they always provided him a title, the he and the guy from Carrs Towing would go to people who could not pay their car notes, give them a few bucks, Carrs would tow them and then they would wait 25 days and file a TR52 report and take ownership of the car in question. He then told Buddy Cohen the Ferndale MI police department wanted to speak to him about a 2013 car he was driving that they believed was stolen. The following day we received a note from PayPal that Mr Bieda attempted to get a refund but they had denied his request. Buddy Cohen sent an email to Mr Bieda advising him that he had a lot of nerve: he never responded. It should be noted for the file that Buddy Cohen called the Michigan Highway Patrol and made a report of
what Mr Bieda had told to him and the pssible fraud on Bieda's part.
