Never ever Hire this company!
I hired this contractor not just because of pricing but also he sold a great product and return at the time. I didn't know the hell that would be coming. Unfortnetly, I was presented by Omar Diaz which is not a lic holder but the Father of the Lic holder for Marlon Diaz. Marlon is his son and has his father do the construction or additions. His father, will say proudly "oh I use his liscense and I pay him off". I requested this addition three years ago, our need for the addition to the home I just purchased, was due to My son's disablities and my parents needing to move in due to the age and father has cancer and my mother needs an Op for her knees. I need to care for them all ASAP.
I have asked repeadedly to speak with Marlo Diaz or have him come to my house and never has Marlon shown up. We contracted them over 2 and 1/2 years ago for an addition to our home and it's not even close to being done. Omar, the father, will disappear for months and then give sob stories. According to his prolonged stories we believe, He has killed everyone is his family for funerals, divorce, family issues, car trouble's etc. He always has new people working on a specific task like roofing, because he doesnt pay them. So people will knock on the dorrs aas well for that. It is worse than a reality show.
This is absoluetly the worse company, which is run by Omar Diaz ever! We tried calling his son for the last two years and 9 months and only spoke with us once two years ago when his father disappeared for 6 months and no calls. We have called over three times a day to the LIC person Marlon Diaz and he will not get the phone.
Do not use this company even to PLANT A TREE!

We paid and signed our contract with OJ & M Investments in Hialeah or Southwest Ranches, in September 25,2011. It it now another year later since my Last post to RIP-OFF Reports and now it's April 17, 2015. No closer to being done. Contractor disapears, doesnt answer calls, and all his monies have been paid. In 2011, we started this project to do an extension for my disabled son and especially for my parents to move in my father battling cancer and my mom being older needed help. In the last year he had lost his ability to walk and was exteremly hard on us. We kept getting excuse after excuse from Omar and Marlon was no better. My father kept saying I want to go live with you. I want to die in our new place. My father past away on March 31st 2015. We are no closer to the end of this construction and both Marlon and Omar dont answer calls. They have in three months just had 3 air vents put in the, the AC guy put in three hours. We have sent in our reports to the BBB and we see in DBPR - DIAZ, MARLON; Doing Business As: OJ & M no complaints showing. Which is imposssible but also red tape everywhere. So I would like to make it known here at Rip-Off reports. They have taken all the money in full from my elderly mother and now we are still no place.My mother now has no SSI check from my dad so she cant pay her rent, food and bills. How can any person or company cause so much damage to one family and think it's ok and sleep well at night, I will never know. This is horrible. And, not investigators or the State of Florida has been able to finish anything to help us. Beware they are heartless and it's abusive towards the elderly, disabled and any family wishing to do anything with them.
