Oklahoma-Outlet.com Oklahoma-Outlet.com Took money from my checking-never shipped order-never refunded-skipped. Owes me $263.45 and I am not giving up my hard earned money easily. Akwesasne, New York
I placed my original order on June 1st, welll before thier June 30 shipping cutoff. Kept changing my order because "out-of-stock" excuses. They closed shop, kept my money and sent nothing! The "call center" gave me the number to the warehouse, but they picked up and hung up. Now if you call, it asks for an access code so this is still an active line.
They are doing business as Smoke-SPirits.com and have the nerve to put a notice on thier web site that they have "extended shipping to July 31, 2010" giving thenselves an opportunity to rip off thousands from unsuspecting buyers.
The AG needs to get involved! This is fraud. I would gladly be apart of such a suit. I am not giving this money up. I may take a ride upstate, if I do, I will update this complaint and tell you all what I found.
