THIS COMPANY DOESNT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO EMIAL. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OTHER COMPLAINTS TO SURFACE ON THE INTERNET. SO FAR THERE IS JUST MINE AND THE OTHER GUYS. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WILL BE CONTACTING THE NYS ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. IF I DONT RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK BY THE END OF AUGUST I GUESS I WILL SUE THE PRINCIPALS. I HAVE IDENTIFIED THEM VIA A CREDIT CHECK. THIS COMPANY APPARENTLY IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS AND DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ANYONE ANY MORE. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND HAVE NOT SUPPLIED THE PRODUCT. I WILL UPDATE MY POST WITH THE AG REFERENCE NUMBER SHORTLY. I HAVE THEIR REGISTERED AGENT FOR SERVICE.

She said she would get back to me tomorrow and they are helping me with a refund. They took my order numbers and she was familiar with the company. Apparently they are calling the owner and he does not want any trouble.
She told me to post that others in my situation are to call the number listed by Maggie.
I told her poster Maggie posted tonight she got a refund 7/24/2010 and she was happy.
I also read what had been written about what someone posted Inspector Ernie said to her.
Looks like the world may finally be turning my way!

I WAS ONE WHO PUT INFO OUT TO CONTACT THE 2 INVESTIGATORS ON THIS CASE W/ MOHAWK TRIBE POLICE.

got my money order refund on saturday, 7 24 2010.
thought this may give you all hope---and wanted to update you!
best of luck---make those calls on Monday.
btw==officer ernie--told me--the owner told him--'he was processing refunds as quickly as he could'.....

Someone posted contact info for the authorities. These folks have yet to return to me a total of $1500. thirty cartons of marbs, 10 in each box for 500 a box. I will definately contact the authorities. If this information is correct it is some incredible news. Thanks. I will let you know if it works.

The warehouse number is 518-358-9055, They were picking up and hanging up the phone for a few days. Now a recording comes on "enter access code".
They s*cr*w*d me too and I filed a rip-off complaint. I will be available if you need any info for the AG.
If I go upstate, I will update my report, and send you any new info.
Beware of Smoke-Spirit.com. Same company. Doing the same thing. Thier site claims they will ship until 7/31. still taking orders!? How!? Same phone number!
