Rip-off Friend and Con Artist Olasukanmi Onipede Excel Communications rep
My name is Zoraida Teck. I met Olasukanmi Onipede in 1998. At that time we both became involved with Excel Communications, based in Dallas, Texas. Although were are independent representatives with the company, we began working together in 1999-2000. During the course of that time Mr. "Kanmi Onipede" befriended me and borrowed, over the course of several months, up to 19,000.00.
I suspected something was not up and up with this person when another woman told me that he has done the same to three other women and has borrowed larger sums of money from them in the past and has not paid them back yet.
I have tried every recourse, letters, phone calls, etc. to get Kanmi Onipede to repay his personal loan to me. He has reneged on repayment of his loan and has not paid anyone to date. He has a very big ego and loves to control women. He has not been legitimate in his business dealing within the Excel Communications policies and yet continues to be one of the top money earners for this company.
Amazingly, he takes from others money that we are all hoping will pay off and he does not repay anyone, so no one gets their money back. No gets promoted within the company's structure and he refuses to accept any responsibility for his actions.
Unfortunately, an attorney will not take the case unless I give him a $3500.00 retainer - and who has that now laying around to dish out.
I am so frustrated because this was money I was to use to pay my estimated taxes from my medical transcription service, which is the account from which he borrowed the large sum of money from.
I am very, very frustrated and feel so used by someone who I thought was a friend and evenmoreso someone who other representatives within Excel falsely look up to. He has used so many, many lies to extract money from people and unfortunately some of them worked.
All told he owes $200,000 to all of us, friends, who he borrowed large sums of money from.
