OLD DOMINION FREIGHT LINE Not good so far! Internet
I placed an order with Nordic Track and they used this Old Dominion company to ship it. I have never heard of this company before. They called me to schedule my appointment to deliver for the next day. They already began asking questions about the size of my street and would someone be sure to be home. I give them the benefit of the doubt on those questions because they must have large trucks. But after being lied to I now wonder if those questions were a little quizative.
The next day comes and they call me to tell me that my merchandise was still at the office and did not get loaded on the truck. I rescheduled for the next day. I currently work from home but imagine if I had to take off work for this. So at the end of that day I get yet another call saying that the merchandise actually was not even at their facitilty and that they would have to reschedule for when it comes in.
I pressed further asking when that would be and they could not say for sure. It does not look good but I will let you know how this turns out. Currently I am expecting the worst and I plan to record my next phone call as well as let nordic track know how bad this company is.
