Complaint Review: Olive Candy LED Lighting - whitestone New York

 I also have purchased an LED from Olive. It is not a surprise that I am seeing issues. I'd be curious to understand more about the component failure you are seeing. I am in the process of determining whether or not I file a lawsuit for false claims on the sign. Can you provide any information on the model of the sign and specific issues? I am going to remain anonymous as I don't want the company to seek any form of retribution against me. Consumers should beware that these signs fail.

This is second rebuttal I am posting about this false accusation. 

This Ripoff report started to follow our company on online and ruining our good reputation. 

There is no base or any fact to this accusation.  Person doesn't reveal own identity, no date of purchase, doesn't mention the size ofthe sign(claiming  received a wrong size), person's name from a customer service who mistreated him or her or how much paid for it.

This is a bogus accusation without any facts.  Our LED signs are expensive investment, I am talking about $600 to tehnth of thousands of dollars.  who in right mind going to swallow this much money if it stoped working in 6 weeks.  If I was in other shoe, it is a law sue for sure (specially if we deliver the wrong item).

Another thing is, we did not sell anything from " Olivecandy.com".  The Olivecandy.com is purely informational website about our products.  All sells were done through a phone call, an email, personal visit, or an Ebay.  We only created "Oliveled.com" (our shopping mall on line) last month.

The only explanation for this accusation is someone or company is out to hurt our reputation  with this kind of coward action. 

We have great reputation on Ebay with more than 1,000 feedbacks.  You can check them your selves.  Our customers love our one to one assistance and efforts we put in for customer satisfaction.

I am very sorry if this ever happened to one of our customers.  We do have one to one assistance program through a phone and we answer all our emails within an hour during business hours.  Unfortunally we do not have any record of this type of incident.  I wish you were a little more specific about your identity or at least leave the invoice number for us to investigate the cause.  It is not too late to contact us for warranty on your LED sign, because you have 1 year full warranty plus 3 year limited warranty. 

We will be glad to resolve this case, if it is the trueth.  We are very serious about our product and our customer service.  We have very high reputation on Ebay with over 900 comments (99% positive feed backs).  It is not easy to have that many positive feed backs being a bunch of young kids who do not care.  We are one of the fastest growing company in LED sign business.  We do not have anything against chinese product but all our parts are imported from Korea and the sign is manufactured here in NY USA.

It is very hurtful to see this type of report as we believe we have great reputation as sincere business with great customer service and great quality product.
