Oliver sells himself as a loan, short sale, real estate expert. He and his associates attempt to get people involved in shady real estate transactions, loan modifications, short sales, bulk investment properties. The problem is Oliver Graf is in the real estate business acting as an agent without a California real estate license which is illegal. His Facebook and twitter pages even admit to these "deals" publically. Oliver seems to bounce around to various companies associating himself with others such as Sam Khorramian (La Jolla Real Estate and Loan) and latest Micheal Corradini president of Short Sale Pros. Most of the company addresses, phone numbers and website links associated with Oliver don't work anymore.
Short Sale Pro's also is breaking the law by providing legal advice (practicing law) without a license in the form of getting people to put their property into a trust without being qualified to explain the consequenses of this legal change to their property. These guys obviously don't have the ethics to even follow basic laws and rules in real estate. These are the same industry people who pushed bad loans on people before the collapse and now they are out to get more money on Short Sales as people lose their homes. They will give you all kinds of false information about how beneficial the Short Sale is for your Taxes (Legal Advice) to get a huge commission from the bank for selling your home and making it easy for the bank. WATCH OUT FLY BY NIGHT!!!!

I noticed this post on ripoff report and immediately got nervous that Oliver Graf was some criminal. I did my own homework and Oliver is licensed by the DRE (look him up, I did). Also his broker of record is an attorney. I know that banks are very difficult to deal with and everyone is very bitter when it comes to losing their homes. Bottom line is that some people bit off more then they can chew. So when I see clear slander of Oliver Graf, it's upsetting that people can just throw up BS about another person's character and/or career because they got crushed by a bank. It's reckless behavior and that's what lead to the collapse of the housing market. Hey jerk who throw this post up, did Oliver make you buy a house that you couldn't afford? Take accountability for your awful investment and be an adult. But I guess negative posts get attention and that sells ads for this website. Sad, but true. Please don't play whisper down the lane with someone's reputation. Do your own homework, like I did. You'll find that everything is legit. I don't know this guy Oliver from Adam, but I'd be very upset if someone slandered me. So that's why I'm taking the time to post this.
