IS the classic SCAM Artist, after what he did to our Mortgage company he cannot be trusted. In fact he would probably ripp his own mother off if he had the chancel. He has taken untold monies from so many unsuspecting people.
At the height of the mortgage business Oliver Maldonado promised the world and delivered NOTHING, scammed innocent people out of there life savings. He claims he is an author, he is nothing more than a opportunist, Plagurizing everything.
He has destroyed so many lives. Keep hiding oliver Maldanado, you will be found!!

These are False Statements and Incorrect Information! I'll put any and all of my systems to the test and Challenge Anyone and any Company do disprove any of my systems. I'm a very well known and well respected professional in the mortgage industry and have traveled the Country conducting seminars for thousands of mortgage professionals. My articles still appear in most industry magazines and I'm continually asked by the mortgage industry to share my information. Yes, I am an Author of 3 books and over 50 articles. In this case, this is an imposter who works for a company that ripped me off years ago, qualifiedleads and strategicmarketingus who'm I've taken a lot of their business because they're not a good company. As for the home, what a fool this person is. Sure, there are a lot of tract homes on streets called "Harvard Dr", Not! The subdivision in question is a 4 year old subdivision in a nice area, and again I've done thousands of appointments in neighborhoods all around the Country and have never seen a bad neighborhood name their streets Harvard or Yale or anything near that. But if you're wondering, it's a 3,500+ sf home with an 1,100 sf master with a private retreat and 2nd fireplace. I wonder when they started putting 2nd fireplaces in master rooms of homes under $200k? Um, Never! This just goes to show the credability of the ignorant fool that posted false information on me. Also, yes I've earned a great income! Never have I claimed that I make soo much money. Again, this person is incorrect and is obviosly a lousy professional if he invested his life savings on anything I offer? What ever he's doing, he's not good at it, but again. I've never worked with this imbasil! He's trying to discredit me, although I'm not saying I'm perfect. There are people out there that don't appreciate my theories or systems. I tell them, to not order it then, but all of my promises I've kept!! The home cost significantly much more than this moron is saying, and I have no need to get into it. I'm just disproving him. Are you wondering how this imbasil knew my home address? It's because he has my personal information from when he ripped me off! Again, he says I'm hiding, yet he knows exactly how to find me, he posted it here. I wish you would come to my home! I dare you! From a victim of a fraudulent weak person! OPM
