Here it goes again: -Ron Stevens , in your infinite wisdom and knowledge of everything has to do with thankless water heaters did you ever found any, and I meant ANY gas appliance with the gas valve made of Brass ? In your infinite knowledge (or lack of it !) did you ever learn of the name "aluminum" ? "cheap white metal ' is not used even by my 10 year old ! Some time, when you fill like vomiting some more of your stupidity, will not be time better spend by going to "google" the word "aluminum" ?? Or in your "eminence" you never heard about Pb which is a bad substance (i am simplifying so even you could understand even with your limited brain cell availability? ) Weel....brass is made with Pb and I will never , I meant NEVER, NEVER, be guilty of destroying the very last brain cells you treasure! Also please give me the permission to teach you another little truth. The "warranty statement" is on PDF file which can not be changed or otherwise altered. It has a date when the document was listed on the web page. The Warranty statement was not modified since 2001. I am sorry that we did not take under considerations humanoids which are so low in human chain that they can not see the link "Warranty Statement" on lower left page of ANY page. Talking about warranty: Are you able to comprehend the fact that It is the best around: Lifetime warranty on heater exchanger and 3 years in parts under residential installation. I know you are incapable to understand any document you read so I will not challenge you to prove me wrong. I hope the readers will attempt before they will take you on the face value!. Apparently you must be a punishment from God: We alway been bragging that we made a "idiot proof " unit ! Good, simply made a better idiot! One more thing: On the first "complaint" your alegged that you received another board from the Chinese manufacturer; Now, on the last one you say that they help you troubleshoot ( by email !)the old board ? Wooo! Now you force me to give you one more home assignment: "Google" the word " Perjury" because on the Consumer Protection Agency you declared under the penalty of perjury that you receive a new board! There is your typical rude, truth twisting, and fabricated remarks from the CEO George Sararu, Just the type of Jerk you want to do business with!!!!....I can't even make heads or tails out of the crap he wrote here. And , oh yes, I run around the country making up ebay names just to sell to myself. LOL.....Just run from this Con and do yourself the favor of saving the aggrevation and money by purchasing from a reputable dealer who sells REAL units. So George, what is the phone # and location of the authorized dealer in CT???....And did you fail to tell everyone how Ebay pulled your listings for illegal links back to your web site? Why don't you post that wonderful warranty on your site BEFORE PURCHASING so people will know what they're getting?? We know why, Cause they would never agree to such one sided terms which only favors YOU the crook! The only thing you wrote that is half true is about the broken gas valve on the 514. After having to install remove and re-install this unit because the DEFECTIVE 620 did not work at all, It took it's toll on the cheap white metal that it is made out of!! You ever hear of BRASS?... you rather cheap out and have the valve made out of crap material And yes!, putting my family ( and countless others at risk) This is why I NEVER put this contraption back into service or would attempt to sell it on Ebay as I do have a conscience , contrary to you!!

Who is talking about the man of many hats! Ace 750 , ( "moocow554e" , "Rojo 154", "Alaskapatric", on Ebay , just to name a few, and "Sollar 2000 " and other on other websites (his real name Ron Stevens) is noting but a 2 bits extortionist wich soon will see his day in court ! Nothing but lies, misinformations and simple display of stupidity: Let's get to them all one by one: 1. A installed unit is NOT returnable for refund. Only for repair when is on warranty.That is stated clearly on the website and Ebay auctions. All accusations about claims on return and.......just rubbish! There is no return! And that is what he was attempting to do by blackmail to wich i just simply don't react. 2.The accusation that i claim that unit will be destroyed at shipment is simple false: What he forgot to tell is that because of his colossal stupidity did not use 2 wrenches when he tied the gas line and snapped the pipe clean off. He had to finally confess in the "consumer report" to the Consumer Protection Agency. Everybody can read for themselves. He had the gas valve GLUED together and then he expected to work! He is risking burning down the house for a $40.00 readely available part! That fact on his own, should be sufficint to let as know the extent of somebody lack of brain cells. 3. He was so unhappy with his unit that he purchase a second one under another assumed name. His mistake was that he used the box of the second unit together with the first unit in the pictures in his "Ebay auction". (second unit was a ZP and open on the longest part of the box, and the first was a regular PV and open on the ends of the box!) Easy to see in the picture. He dismantle the units so many times that (under his own description on the same report!) none of the screws have any tread left! 4. Since the 2 units where so bad, he decided to purchase a third one (OME 620) Go figure! As per his infinite knowledge he start dismantling and attempting (i guess!) to reconstitute the unit back until something got screwed up and the unit no longer was functioning. He contacted the manufacturer of the board (as per his admission!) and requested a replacement board. In his own infinite stupidity he believes that China is the same as USA and everybody can buy and sell, import and export at his will. Any half way intelligent person will know that Communist regime will not have that. Only companies with export license (bond, capital and "relations" ) can export out of China. If you do not have that, then you have to use one Export Co. Where the export company export the goods, is the Company secret to whom they export the goods, and no company will divulge that. The fact that the PC Board factory did not export to USA is probably the only truth he write (by mistake i am sure!) 5. Again, in his infinite stupidity he does not understand that a computer also need software to work. If we contracted out the manufacturing of the PC Board we surely did not give them the software afferent, because of the possibility of coping and distributing to .....even Ron Stevens. Our fears prove to be truthfully! No wander the unit is sluggish and non responsive. Bootlegged software will never be like the original. 6. He write 8 Ebay "reviews" (and counting!) about of how bad are my units and also to all the 2 bits websites wich give him a chance to ..vomite. All untruthful and within 24 hours after another Paypal Money Request appear in my paypal account. That is documented and also part of the criminal investigation for attempted extortion. 2 times his so call "auctions" where pulled by Ebay for various copy infringements and mis-categorifications. 7.He listed the 620 on Ebay and purchase it back under a assumed name only to claim that he did not have it anymore when supina by the courts to produce the proof and also to cover his "modifications". I know that because he forgot that he used that name also to write a review about how bad are my units. 3 weeks after that, the same name (moocow554e) "purchase" the same unit he complained about from .....himself. Go figure! 5. He claim that he burn himself with my units (none that makes any difference since he have the gas valve Glued together") but it did NOT contacted any hospital or did not got any medical attention.
