I have plenty of documentation of his scams that may help you. I am currently putting packets together to give to law enforcement in LA, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties. I encourage you to file a report under his real name of Richard Allen Espinoza, Jr D.O.B 10/27/69, the police will be able to see previous fraud charges. He has had people selling season passes to Disneyland and Magic Mountain, these poor people are selling them to their family and friends only to find out they are fake. There is one gentleman that was out over $5000, he filed a law suit in small claims and won, the police didnt know the depth of what he was doing nor did this victim. I would like to share info with you, but am reluctant to leave my info out in the open for fear of retaliation on his part. Any ideas? I have started contacting other victims to come forward, I found their emails left behind in some documents of his.
He has a long history of fraud, google Allen Richards, RAEJ entertainment also, same guy different name.

Allen Richard Better Known as Richard Haro Still have not pay me what he owes me $250 dollars which it's not $260 A few times he made a date and time for me to meet him but every time I showed up to where we supposed to meet Richard Haro Never showed up this guy is playing me like a yoyo,and I know all his schemes and plans and tricks. So now he is using M2 Production is now his Company, this Richard Haro is a very trickster and fake and beyond a fony.
I even offer Richard haro a payment plan for $20.00 a week and still nothing, also Western Unioun number that he text me which i have it here which was a fake when i call Western Unioun They said that number does not Exist Richard Haro Keep trying to Con And Scam Me but I see right through all his scehemes. Richard Haro's real name is Richard Espinoza Jr. He has been pulling these scams since his high school years in the late 80's. It started out as a way for him to scam girls out of their cloths by passing himself off as a photographer. It escalated in the 90's to stealing from his family members. He once stated that he would rather steal from family than strangers; I'm assuming that he felt safe that his family wouldn't press charges.
Now, since most of his family has turned their backs on him, he now feels that he has no other choice but to steal from strangers. He has been convicted on a felony charge, serving prison time, for scamming high school students out of Nsync tickets. He visited all these high schools collecting money for concert tickets but never contacted the group to inform them they were expected to perform.
Now he is selling tickets to all these people for season passes to Magic Mountain and Disneyland. He is collecting money; laying the down payment on these tickets and not continuing the payments, thus rendering the tickets invalid after the first month. The victims are numbered in the triple digits. His alliases are Johnny Arola, Allen Richards, Richard H. Cruz, & Richard Haro. Again, his real name is Richard (Rick or Ricky) Espinoza Jr. He was also convicted with a second felony for trying to scam an aspiring singer out of her car.
