We went to this location they claim it was AAA property the high rates and large 450 dollar DEPOSIT to hold the room . My daughter and I was talking in the middle of the night and a creepy bed bugs came out on the beds she was screaming and panic. We called the front desk they didn't seem to care just wanted to move us to another hotel room. Old mattress and fithy doors. Place need a remodeling it more of a dump. You are to check out the kitchen were they cook it have greasy stains and nasty dirty around the oven. They just offered us $25.00 both cases a low ball offer.
Omini Houston Katy Hotel didn't cover our medical expenses, any type of compensation. We went for months they have a company called Gallaghan. Whichever they gave us a low offer didnt any thing at all for minor or adult, reimburse us for the HOTEL stay either.
