Omni aka Infusion Brands aka Home Shopping Express Mr. Bob de Cecco, Mr. Frederic Sciamma DUAL SAW, STARTWIN change company name to move on business, and continue scam Clearwater, Florida
Well after having read all the scam and rip-off that Omni response, aka, Omni Reliant, now under the very same control of the same people, Mr Bob de Cecco, and newly Frederic Sciamma , come up with a newer company named : Infusion Brands (www.infusionbrands.com), I actually think its time for the public to get really disgusted by the reality those people are living with ....
As I said, one thing is to rip of poeple with low quality product, saw as reported here with Startwin and / or Dual Saw, and then to answer to some claim by saying :"we think the Dual saw you bought has been sold by a pirate company, who used our Infomercial and aired it, bla bla bla"....
Another thing is to actually use video footage in their infomercial , which belong to a production company ( my very own www.clopphillproduction.tv ) , and these very same people own a ton of money too. Oh yes, this is true story. Clopphill is the copyright owner of a ton of video footage that Infusion Brand and Home Shopping Express S.A. are deliberately using without my/our consent. Our company is a Full Production house here in the beautiful islands of the Philippines. Both the CEO of Infusion Brands, Mr Bob de Cecco ( aka Omni ) and the CEO of Home Shopping Express, Mr Frederic Sciamma, have given us the production of the Startwin Dual Force Saw, and respectively the DUAL Saw animations.

Anyway, not only they are using our footage which is unpaid, no, it goes further...... They have over 50,000 USD of legal fees unpaid for nearly 25 Trademark and Patent registration/ pending action etc. which our legal team has registered, paid for, and certified in over 30 countries worldwide.

Well, how is this surprising, when you know, who is behind these products. One is an ex-convict who was a hit man, before he went to jail ( stayed in jail for 8 years / and is forbidden to enter the USA ) for killing a man in a parking lot of Belgium, and the second one, is a nasty business man who would sell his own M.... 3 times, just to make a point.
Both of them have the same sign of weakness, they are cowards, and are hiding. They are just looking to rip of hard working people, in view of making dirty money. Well this is not gonna the way they want. I hope that life will teach them a lesson, because they both should carefully weight the wrong from the right, even if evil is what they like the most. God bless their soul.
A good hint, just stay away from "blood suckers" like that .

Extortion Attempt by Aston Mom Nardone

To whom it may concern,
This report was filed on this website from a disbarred German lawyer who now lives in the Philippines, Aston Mom Nardone, and owns a production company which did business with Home Shopping Express (HSE) prior to our company making an investment in HSE; since this article was published we have disinvested from HSE and no longer have any affiliation or ownership of HSE.
The report Aston Mom Nardone filed on your site was an attempt to 'extort' money from our company (and me personally) as he knows we are a public company and wouldn't want any negative internet online reputation.
Aston Mom Nardone had apparently been a vendor and services provider for HSE prior to our investment in HSE. I know there were disputes between the two enterprises; personally and professionally. However, once our company made an investment in HSE, Aston Nardon decided to lump our company (and me personally apparently) into his smear campaign,demanding money from me/us or suffer extortion consequences such as this article.
When I first heard from Aston Mom Nardone via Skype requesting to be paid for services provided to HSE in the past, I personally conducted a full investigation and due diligence to the books and records of HSE to determine if the dispute was valid. After a deep investigation of all the accounts payables, it was CLEAR to me that not only was Aston Mom Nardone's companies paid, but in fact we found that Aston Mom Nardone severly overbilled for his services to HSE.
Regardless, we have since disinvested in HSE and no longer have any interest or ownership in HSE, therefore we are not liable for any of HSE's obligations. Bottom line, our company, nor I, ever did business with this man or his company, therefore it's not possible for us to owe him any money. This is all a lie and clearly a feeble attempt to extort money from us/me.
This man is using your website to hurt not only our company reputation online, but also my personal reputation as a means to EXTORT money from us and/or me personally. This is deplorable and unfortunately, he has used your website as a platform for his nefarious extortion activities.
Please take this into consideration, and feel free to contact me directly to resolve this matter in order to get this post removed from your website. I realize that hiring an attorney will likely be a waste of time and money against RipOff Report due to its policies. So, I am appealing to your sense of fairness and humanity and remove this extortion post.
Aston Mom Nardone may have a grievance against the ownership of HSE in the past as I know they once did business together, however we/I never did, so we/I should not be persecuted by him or this website.
