Omnikey Realty is quite possibly the worst property management company to ever open in this country.  There are hundreds of bad reviews about these people on the internet but they are so shady they make employees file fake reviews.  THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT.  PERIOD.  

We leased a home from these people and paid our rent every month on the 1st.  We were never once late.  

They spy on your home.  They will lie and make up stories about their tenants in an effort to validate their job of collecting rent for idiots who ue their company.  I have never seen people in a business that will lie like these people do.

They created fake charges that just happen to equal my deposit of 1500.00.

They have the "right" to walk in your house with NO NOTIFICAION.  One time I was asleep on my sofa and woke up to some strange man staring at me.  

Once I came home and found they had been in my house and LEFT THE BACK DOOR OPEN.  

 

MY ADVICE IS TO RUN, NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Hello Debi - Your report is beyond inaccurate. We return literally hundreds of deposits every year. However, if you damage a home then you are fairly billed in accordance with your lease agreement and allowances. Furthermore, the walkthroughs that you are referring to are specified in the lease agreement that you signed at the beginning of your tenancy and we give a notice via email for every one. The notice is not even a requirement of our lease agreement but we do it to make it more convenient. These walkthroughs happen once per quarter. Many of your statements are grossly exaggerated and a misrepresentation of any possible scenario.
