I was a student at this school in 2012. They had approached me about attending this school and because of the distance to the school, they offered me free transportation. I accepted and began school with the agreement of them picking me up for school and bringing me home again, Mon through Friday.

After  the third month of school, they stopped the transportation due to funding with the bus. I was no longer able to attend the school because they were the only transportation I had to get to school. They defaulted my loan for school, signed me out, got the money they needed and left me with a student loan.

After two weeks I saw there was a problem and everyone was leaving, and they never told me what my grace period was in order for me not to be responsible for the loan. I was only in school for three months. If I had known that they were having problems with the transportation, I would have signed out before it had gotten this far.

It was not my fault that I could not get to school. They promised me transportation and went back on their word and now I am stuck with a loan I cannot afford to pay. I tried talking to them but they kept giving me the run around  and then it was too late for me to do anything because they would not help me with this situation.

I feel that I was wronged and they committed fraud  to get their money and left me owing a bill I cannot pay. I could not drive to school due to my vision problem and that was discussed at enrollment. They assured me there would be no problem of me getting back for forth to school therefore, I enrolled based on what they had promised me and they knew my situation as far as transportation.

I feel that because of this fraud and ripoff, they should refund my money and take this $6452.98 debt they say I owe and release me from it. OmniTech was having more problems than just transportation to a point where the teachers were resigning. Now they are calling me asking me to come back because they now have transportation and I am not interested.
