My report is like what I've read already about the same company.
I placed an order on July 3, 2006. Most times, I can get to my order information, but that's all.
There is no toll free number. They have held out the amount for 2 orders instead of one. This will make some of my bills insuffiecient when they try to clear at my financial institution.
I've tried to submit a question about 2 order amounts and all I got was the 7-10 day wait.
After that, I sent 3 cancellation notices and got NO response.
There was no response for a toll free number or the web site to look for a number.
They freely took my order, then charged me for 2 orders, and are now ignoring me.
Just like all the complaints I have read. These people should be put out of business. This could cost me alot more in unsuffiecient fees due to their error and non-communication.

I was unsure of the actual web site name, but have since searched and found lots of other similar complaints against this company.
