If you wish send a copy of the invoice back to them. Start your letter of with something like. "The attached invoice was sent to us in error, we have not requested or authorized your service... Also inform them that the proper authorities ane consumer protection agencies are being informed. - Don't bluff though---Do It. Also inform them that you are keeping the original invoice and the envelope it was received in (to prove fraud by U.S. mail.) Thereby you have fulfilled your duty to officially register your dispute of the charges. However One Call Communications/Navicomm is not even a legitimate company they are only cheap thugs who can only support themselves by scaring people including elderly people (see the earlier postings below). Otherwise ignore One Call / Navicomm and they will go away with their tails between their legs like the dirty dogs they are. DO NOT in any case pay them--if you do they will come back for more.
