One Call - Navicomm False billing of Internet web site access ripoff Carmel Indiana
Received an invoice dated 09/23/05 in the mail for Internet web site access that was never made. It may have come from an unsolicited "pop-up" window that was somehow pushed to my computer that when opened only to remove it, captured information for false billing purposes. When called to dispute the charge, they indicate the charges cannot be eliminated. From other comments, I'll go to the Better Business Bureau for reporting.
