One Day Swing Trades Mark Soberman Foreign Exchange Trading System does not work as promised. Refuses to acknowledge emails when refund requested. Irving, Texas
On 10/27/11, I paid $97.00 to Mark Soberman of Netpicks, LLC for a forex system guaranteed to work on any currency pair in any time frame.
The system, after being downloaded, was supposed to alert the user (me) when a buy or sell signal was formed. However, after completely following the installation instructions, I received no signals. I then started to receive a signal every now and then, but they were all false signals. I could have flipped a coin and decided how to trade at no cost.
I then sent Soberman several emails asking for a refund which was part of the guarantee. My emails have gone unanswered, and it is my belief that Soberman is a scam artist and should be avoided by everyone interested in the Foreign Exchange market.
It was only $97.00, but I guess Soberman needs it more than I do.
By the way, I have the system for download which I plan to post on all community websites.
