One Web Direct ripoff Beford New Hampshire
I received a bill from this company (One Web Direct Bill) and I knew there was a mistake since the phone number they say used there service no longer belonged to me at the date of service. I tried to contact the company and someone on the other end kept putting the call back in que to ring. I also tried to go to the web address to notify the company and the web address does not exist.
This felt suspicious so I contacted the BBB and they are looking into it. When I contacted the BBB I was told that there wasn't any other complaints about this company. I just received a second statement stating that the account is past due and that it will be turned over to a Collection Agency if not paid in 15 days. I work for the United States Postal Service and I'm going to report One Web Direct Bill to the Fraud Unit at the Post Office.
Someone owns this PO box and this will be the person responsible for RIPPING off the general public. Don't let them get away with this, call the Better Business Bureau and file a report!
