To M and Kim Bauer, Rebecca and all others, As far as both of you claiming that all previous emplyees have been paid what they are owed, You are WRONG! I for one am one you owe for 2 weeks that were paid with a bounced check, 2 weeks not paid at all, and 1 hotel bill that was charged to my personal card because you all refuse to pay your direct bills at hotels. That's why there is now 2 cases against you by me , a former employee. I could go on and on about all I have uncovered about The people of this company but will save that for court so that it all is in public record. Oh, and by the way, this is my FIRST posting on here so you all can stop speculating that I have posted other things! and just as you have been told when I would pot here I post my name....

I am a distributor of Platinum Plus Savings and I have been following this thread with very much interest. I have felt "ripped off" in that Richard Alan has continually e mailed us with information that proved to be mistaken. However, now that Alan has e-mailed us with the news of Tom Dahl's death, I am wondering if the dissarray that we have been experiencing is a result of the lack of his leadership. Tom expressed that, as owner of Platinum Plus along with Jackie Miller that this was an expression of his dream to provide a national savings program. Since he owned the company and it was his idea, perhaps he micromanaged the program(s)in such a way as to create a serious vacuum in communication when he was no longer able to do so. I hope this is the case and that Richard Alan, who is heading up PPS now, will get things running again. At any rate, we are saddened by the news of Tom's death.

Things that make you go hmmmmmmmm.....You know, it's a shame that ex-employees have stooped as low as this drivel they keep posting here. This site, I thought, was used to make reports on bad things that companies did, not to be used as a whipping post for people that you may not have gotten along with while you were employed by the company. Oh well, what do I know? I just don't understand all of the venom being spewed here because apparently, instead of being out looking for gainful employment, of which I happen to know there's quite a bit right now, you all choose to hide behind your computers and attack the very people that made sure you had a job and got paid when you were supposed to get paid. Yes, I understand that some of you may have had a problem cashing your checks, but no one ever said this company was perfect. Jesus said, Let him who has no sin cast the first stone. Apparently, we have a LOT of people who have never made a mistake in their lives so they feel justified in their vile attacks on the people I work with everyday. I don't care that you attack me because I really don't care what you think of me, because I know the truth about me and where my loyalties lie, but when you start to attack the very people that I care about as my family, then there's a problem. I guess I was raised differently than most of you, because in my house, when we had a problem with an individual, we always went one on one with that person and tried to resolve the problem as civilized human beings instead of backstabbing little children. If that didn't work, then we would call one of our parents in to help with the situation and that usually took care of it. That doesn't mean, however, that we didn't have arguments or anything, but we tried to remember to treat each other like we wanted to be treated. Not only that, in my professional life, I have found the best policy for a good work environment is the same one that applied in my home life. We all know that this company has always and will always have an open door policy. Now, for those of you who aren't sure what an open door policy is, let me explain it. Whenever someone has a problem or needs help, which all of us do at one time or another, that policy means that you can walk in and talk to the person in charge and not feel threatened in any way. For the life of me, I can't figure out why all the people that have issues now that they are EX-employees never had the intestinal fortitude to walk into the main office and voice their opinions to the boss. He always listens to whoever comes in to talk to him, when he is not swamped with work. Not only that, when he resolves a situation, it is usually the most fair way to do it that anyone can come up with. The answer is not always what you or I think it should be, but at least it's a solution. Anyway, just thought I would let off a bit of steam that has been building up at all this childish behavior. Now this website is supposed to be about facts, so that's just what im gonna give you. FACT: OSP, RPM, FCT, NEC, PPS, and CCI are all afiliated with the same person... FACT: almost every week i've worked there checks have come back with insufficient funds, checks as small as $9.00. FACT: ALMOST all the local gas stations, check cashing stores, convenient stores, Vcom machines, grocery stores turn us down. They say " Hell no, that company owes us money." FACT: They apply for direct bill at the hotels they hold seminars at, and they don't pay. Try working at the front desk for a few hours and see how many hotels they owe. FACT: I had already quit the job on the low but was told to call in until they fired me, that way I could collect unemployment. (don't want it) Jdolwski you outta quit pretending like you LOVE the company so much, truth is you were looking for employment elsewhere when I was there because you was pissed that they were starting Reservations off with $8.00 an hour, and you had been promoted to the admin. side of the building months ago without a pay increase....ha ha Seeta ooh you little BEYACH. To all distributor's of each of these companies...Keep all the information you have and all emails you have received from these "business owners" as you will be contacted by the FBI, FTC and IRS as they are all working on cases against Cutler and Bonnallie and some other heads at these companies. These companies aren't side by side, they are all working out of the same office with maybe 20 employees at best! OSP,inc. use to have almost 200 or more employees, but us employees have wisened up and some of us are even working on cases against the company and owners as we were scammed to and threatened to lie to distributors and consumers. Just as they sold you on the idea of this business "dream" they sold us on a wonderful future with money and security, HA HA HA!! We learned and found out very quick...doesn't make any difference when the paychecks are bouncing, does it! Employees are now getting paid from an out of state bank because first they have gone through every bank in Florida, and because of NSF activity, they can't get any other accounts and second because they know employees without bank accounts can't just go to a bank and cash their checks, even if there WAS money in the account! You distributors just recently received an email stating that OSP is filing a class action suit against Radiant because they (Radiant)breached their contract with OSP!!!! They are just lying once again...let me let you in on something, Radiant was first to file suit against OSP because OSP has not being paying for their product and when they have "paid" (if you want to call it that) it has been with checks that have bounced or checks from accounts that don't even exist anymore!! There are over 50 lawsuits on OSP at this time ranging from Vendor's (like Radiant and UPS) to ex employees, to distributors....the FBI are on their trail and it is only a matter of time. Finally, I want to apologize on behalf of other past and even some current employees to all Distributors who have been on this "wild ride". I hope that somehow, someway you will be getting some sort of money back from your investment, but reality is, you probably won't. I feel horrible that there are distributors out there who are finding it hard to pay bills, mortgage payments, feed their families and loan payments because they were hoping for the American Dream. One last note, to those current employees who are still in support of this sham, the only reason you are is because you have either been threatened or you are afraid of not getting your paychecks...you have to look out for number 1, which is you because they don't care about you! They have their money put away to get away, those who once were close to them (personally) know the truth! You say you were given a job with opportunities when no one else would take or give you the chance...that is because they needed people who were none the wiser! People that they could make "feel good" about themselves and not ask too many questions. All I can say is....everything is going to come out.

I am a Current Distributor for Platinum Plus savings, INC. For three weeks other Distributors and I have not been able to contact anyone at Platinum Plus Savings, INC. Then, one day, we have contact! We are told to keep doing the business and Pastor will get back to us. One day we received an email from Pastor with David's named signed to the bottom. Yes, we have that email in storage for our class action lawsuit. We are constantly referred to Pastor Richard Alan. Of course no one has ever had a return call from the so-called Pastor. We get conflicting information from the people answering the phones. Many of the Distributors will lose $10k $25k and $40k. This is not chump change to anyone. But we all believed in Tom Dahl's dream. Tom Dahl and David Cuttler are all in together in swindling people out of hard-earned money. I don't think Florida is a good place to do any business. Seems to be a lot of rip off artist there and the State just lets it go on. Many of us who have been taken in by Platinum Plus Savings, INC will have a difficult time recovering. It is jut too bad that you employees have gone along with the sham. I think you should be prosecuted along with your employers. You all have told lie to us to keep stringing us along. Just to keep getting your paychecks. The companies referred to above all have the same address or are right next door to each other. So, BUYER BEWARE!!!! Stuck with out a dime.

This site is a site where people come to see if they are being scammed and OSP, PPS, RPM, NEXTGEN, CCI, AND WHOEVER ELSE employees live on this site. To the buyers, it already looks like a scam. I am a current employee for this company and it is hilarious to see who they have defending the company. Rebeca and Jess. ha!! Rebecca is their personal spy and would tell screw anyone for David. To all of the Ex-Employees and the Employees, First I have to say this is all STUPID... One of my dear friends still works for this company and she told me about what is going on, on this site and I decided to take a look for my self and see what she has been talking about. WOW is the first word that came to mind... Before I begin to say what I want to say because everyone else has been doing so, I just want to say I am not hiding behind initials however, I just want to say my peace because I no longer work for the company and I don't want to get into this drama after this point, I have moved on to bigger and better things. I did not leave on my own to say the least. However, I did plan on leaving the company; it's just let me go first. NOW saying this I can't see how you ex employees are being so NASTY, don't you all think about the other people still working there and make an honest days work??? I just have a couple questions that do not make sense to me: If you all were that unhappy why did you continue to work there? If you were not getting paid or had problems getting paid why did you continue to work there? If these two men were so horrible why work there? If the relationship around your work enviroment was so bad why did you stay? I GUESS THIS WAS THE ONLY JOB YOU COULD FIND? wow... you all need to thank these men (Paul & David) for giving you the ONLY jobs you could get out there in this job forsaken world. I feel so bad for all these ex employees because they can not move on in life and now they are emotionally distorted by that company. How's your "PRODUCTIVE" life since you left the company? I think it's funny you talk all these things, but don't even have the balls to sign your names. The last thing I would like to say is that this website is to make complaints about the company. No where does it say to bash your former co workers and employers. Go on with your lives. Are your lives really that boring you have to sit at your computer and bash all the people you used to be friends with? They must be. I feel bad for you. I was given an email from a past employee informing me that they read "my" report and that I was being slandered on this thing. I had to see what they were talking about, and the funny thing is, it isn't me!! So, Ms. Kim Bauer, Robert and the others, all I can say is, you don't know anything! You ASSUMED it was me, Lynn, however, it wasn't. I don't appreciate being slandered in any way! So I have to say, SHAME ON YOU for addressing comments like this to me and open your eyes to the truth. There have been so many employees in and out of this company, hell, the person might be using "L" as the initial for their Last name, who knows, it might not even be a part of their name! I am going to respond to each of the negative statements being made about myself and the company I represent. However I would like to first make a general statement. I have been very fortunate to know Dave Cutler and Paul Bonnallie for almost three years now. I have never met such caring people than these two gentlemen. In fact we have had arguments over their generosity. I have seen them give money to people who can't pay their rent, their electric or feed their families. I have seen them bail employees out of jail and hold their jobs for them. They have allowed employees to use all corporate resources, such as attorney services. Yet it amazes me, I have seen so many people take advantage of this by getting what they want and quit, and yes, before paying any money back. Each and every time it happens, Dave and Paul are the first to help the next person in line. I have seen every type of person hired here. Some I would not consider, however Dave and Paul believe that everyone should be given a chance. They are adamant about training the inexperienced and promoting from within. Yes, we have had a turnover of employees, but everyone who has left here, did so a more skilled person than when they arrived. To the three cowards who are not adult enough to write their names, I hope that someday you will become happy productive people; it is obvious that you have no life. You all make me laugh; all you can do is provide innuendos and make others doubt their hard work. I have not read anything you wrote as being factual. I can only hope that we are able to find out who you are as I would be the first to join the bandwagon on a slander suit against you. You claim that funds are not available for payroll, employees are waiting weeks for paychecks and that employees are having a hard time cashing their checks? Those people need to come and see me then, because I do not know of them. And since nobody has come to me, I guess I am correct in saying that you received all your paycheck. You claim money is being embezzled? Well I am the one that balances all bank accounts which are then audited. The Accountant and I must be idiots not to see missing money. Employees leaving being owed tens of thousands of dollars? Now who in their right mind would quit a company if they were owed that kind of money?

Mr. Burton, to my knowledge, has not been disbarred in Florida. He is still allowed to practice and submit paperwork to the various courts on each of the cases he represents. As for my being "s****.. As far as "D" stating that I said what I said because I had no way to get around, and that the statements were untrue is a complete and total lie, unless "D" has information that he or she wants to share with me that I was not privy to. "D" doesn't know, apparently, that I rode the bus to work for at least three weeks and told Mr. Cutler, when he approached me about the bus, that I was fine riding it and didn't need any special treatment. Mr. Cutler would have none of it and put 2 people in charge of getting me to and from work. This is when it was decided that I would use the company van. "D" has no idea what the arrangement was between Mr. Cutler and myself and I can't believe that he or she wrote what he or she did! Not only that, "D" sounds to me like "D" had issues with Mr. Cutler and Mr. Bonnallie that were never discussed with either of them which is a shame since both are willing to listen when an employee has a problem and both try to solve it as best they can. I have told Mr. Cutler and Mr. Bonnallie that they pay me to protect them, but as far as I am concerned, right now, they don't even have to pay me to protect them because I would do it out of respect, gratitude and loyalty to two of the best employers I have ever had. In fact, as a legal secretary, it will be my extreme PLEASURE to draft and file the lawsuit against these former employees and whoever else decides to slander this company and the people who work for it.

And what is this about a company in Tennessee? The company is here in Orlando and is going to be moving to a smaller office here locally. If you are going to speak your mind, at least have the facts and not some false, incorrect and twisted idea. I am supporting (L) from orlando. It's true how they told us that we have a good future with them. They had all these people depending on them for thier support after they gave them all thier money from thier life savings, credit cards, bank accounts. they took aventage of blind people, people in wheel chairs and walking canes, people who could not feed them self. I also think that Kola Ajose is so along with this fraud with David "George" Cutler, Paul Bonnelle, Kim Bauer, Rosa Cruz, Tisa Spraul. David Cutler walk around with his a*s on his shoulder like his s**t do not stink, like I can do what I want because this is my company cursing people out telling them to get the f**k out, then putting his hands on people to get them out the before they can get thier belongings. In reference to all of Lynn Reams accusations against 1SP and the owners of our company: This is the first company I have worked for that is completely open-minded to people from all walks of life. When I initially met the owners of 1SetPrice, I was a waiter at a restaurant that they visited from time to time. I got into a conversation with them in which they asked me what type of experience I had in sales and I told them. I even let them know that I had a somewhat colorful past. They asked if I had learned anything from my mistakes and I told them that I had and they asked me to come in for an interview on Monday. Now I have been an employee at 1SP going on two years and I have grown with the company and have gotten a lot of hands on experience in different fields such as phone skills, sales, administration, field work, and now management. The owners encourage us to better ourselves in life. They request that we go and buy specific books, go to different resources to collect certain information that only could help us as a person better our lives and they do not treat us just as employees. If I was never given the chance to be a part of this company I do not know where I would be today. So I would suggest you do some research on our company and the owners that run it. Employee of 1SP

I work as a legal secretary with this company and would like to tell you how good they have been to me since I started. I came in as a temporary secretary to work for the in house attorney. At the time, I did not have a vehicle to use and had to ride the local bus to get to work. It would take me two hours to get to work and then another three to get home. The Ownerfound out about this and arranged to have someone take me home the very evening he found out about it. The next day, I began driving the company van to and from work and was told that I could even go to the beach if I wished as long as they had the proper paperwork on file. The Owner also loaned me several hundred dollars out of his own pocket to make it through to payday when it was decided to take me on permanently. The Owners both ask me all the time if everything is going ok and if I need anything to help me do my job better. They have always been fair and upfront in their dealings with me and I find Ms. Reams words and actions very disturbing and entirely untrue!!
