OneSetPrice - David Cutler Dave Cutler is looking to take your money and help you lose your home Cocoa Beach, Florida
This is just a heads up to everyone.
Dave Cutler, Master Scammer (Most notably of 'One Set Price' Fame) is at it again.
This time he's set up a company called 'You Be Aware' (http://youbeaware.com), for a price the offer you a lot of services that you could get for free. The main jist of the current business in helping people in foreclosure. The have seminar's setup when at the end they try and get you to sign a contact, they take your money, and help you lose your house. Dave Cutler just recently lost his house in foreclosure, if he couldn't save his own house, how can he save yours?
Their Lawyer Richard is a very troubled, but He's better then Dave's Last lawyer 'Murray' who was actually a dis-barred lawyer. I don't have his last name on file. But you notice that none of his team members have last names. That's because if you look them up, you'll see that they're crooks. Richard is really Richard Stupple of CashBack America Fame. It doesn't mention in his bio that he was fired from his last position for Embezzlement.
The bottomline is that this company will add insult to injury by taking your money and not helping you at all.
Do a search on One Set Price, Cashback America, Dave Cutler and Richard Stupple, you'll see what kind of company you're getting involved with. These guys are crooks, if they contact you, run, don't walk in the other direction.
