Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I would like to update my earlier post on the rebuttal site. We are distributors of LIFETIME Access Membership Phone Cards from OneSetPrice, Inc. (I clicked on the button that said employee for lack of a better choice and I also put in the old wrong email address since I was on another person's computer and they were not there to tell me their new email address == I did want to be contacted by someone who could give any input)

The onesetprice program was supposed to be a seller assisted program that we paid $14,000 plus for!! And that was the lowest priced program! The coaches were not so helpful, we were supposed to receive 5 locations (per our contract) that actually sell the cards to their customers. The cards were so late coming (after we paid) that the little crummy locations were out of business or no longer wanted the cards. We waited for a lot of training material that was not particularly helpful or had things that were not possible to install (like the machines to swipe the cards at store locations)

We thought that all the bullcrap was just the growing pains of a new company, not the negligence of scam artists. The onesetprice website is no longer there! They changed the business name (supposedly to incorporate more products for us to sell) to RPM Marketing last year. That was the beginning of the end since about that time is when the Better Business Bureau kicked them out of the BBB Club for bad business practices. Then in Jan they started telling us that Radiant Telecom was giving us problems with the long distance access. The actual long distance phone card says that Radiant Telecom provides the Network Services. You can see the "Holding the Cards" post about the link with onesetpriceusa. I found that just by accident when I typed onesetprice into the search engine!

The people on this site have done a lot of research and I was reading it and not believing everything til I read the post about $2500 to join the class action suit. There was one suit filed, but I don't know if the class action suit was filed. I signed up for it and never heard another thing. 2 other distributors in the local area have not heard either. I am ordering the Ripoffreport book to see what I can do to get our money back. In the meantime I am waiting for the call back from the attorney general and Monday will pursue other avenues.

The last I heard the 200 employees in Orlando were now 25. Yesterday when I called one of the numbers -and there are so many, it was just not taking my call anymore since I was asking questions and getting bad answers. I screen my calls!! Guess they do too and mine is not one they want to answer!

I could continue on and on, but you get the picture. And I would love to be contacted by someone who can do anything to help in this endeavor!

Please continue to post what you know on here, and I will see what I can do to get satisfaction!

onesetprice vs Radiant Telecom

onesetprice says they are still in the process of suing Radiant Telecom and preparing for the class action suit. I know the 1st case was filed and have been keeping up with the history of that. In my other post I said the name of the person who told me that the class action suit was filed in Feb. Obviously that was not true and I have to say that maybe he was just ignorant of the facts. Since there is no other way to get the money back from OSP (they are claiming there is no money) we will get into the class action suit against Radiant. If it doesn't cost more money. If the people that were running OSP are really for real in their endeavors to keep the owner operators up to date on the things going on, and helping us get back what we have put into the business, then I have to be on their side in this. I do not think that they are doing the right thing all the time, but there is no other venue for us at this point. We are still paying for the first $14,000 plus almost $15,000!! (And we will be for a reeeeally long time -- unless we can recoup our losses thru the Radiant suit) I guess we will all see in the end!! Whenever that may be!
