Signed up for a free trial, have since cancelled. I am not disputing the 39.00 monthly fee. But, I just received a debit to my bank accout for 129.00, after the fact. I am cancelling my debit card as they will not address my complaint.

All you have to do is threaten ATTORNEY GENERAL, BBB, or some big agency, they will try to negotiate, don't let them. They will give it all back, just be persistant on no, you want every penny or you are going to report them and they will. You can still call now and do this. 1-800-321-9862 Good Luck!!
