onlinepublicart ripoff bogus charge, ripped off, no web address exists Mexico DF mexico
I was charged $10.59 on my credit card account by a "www.onlinepublicart.com, from Mexico. This is a bogus charge. This web site does not exist. The amount is so small that they probably figure no one will notice. Don't let them get away with ripping you off!
