I too, fell for the supposedly free Ebay training kit offer and gave my bankcard number for the $1.99 shipping fee! Lo and behold I get my bank statement and there is a charge for 29.95 on it! To really make matters worse, I didn't HAVE the 29.95 in the bank and so I got charged an overdraft fee of $27.00!!! I had been bombarded by aggressive sales calls, but I thought that would be the worst of it.

Boy was I wrong. I called Online Supplier's toll free number and was told that I should have read the membership terms. I was not aware that I had joined anything! I asked for a full refund. I will quote from another rip-off report about these crooks as this was almost word for word what I was told:

When I spoke to James he seemed very cocky and arrogant and bothered that he had to talk to me. He told me that he had the authority to give me a full credit of $29.95 but chose not to do it, and told me that I should have taken the $14.95 offer from the Customer Service Representative (Sabrina) in the first place because now the offer was not on the table.

So what I am hearing here is that if I would have rolled over and let them take half of the disputed fee, that a least I would have gotten SOMETHING back, but that since I was pressing the matter that I wouldn't get a dime back. The rep I talked to sounded almost gleeful that he had the power to do this! This is the most outrageous rip-off I have ever encountered in my MANY years of surfing the net.

I have done business with a lot of reputable people online and I have NEVER been treated this badly.
