onlinecomputerrepair.org GoToMyPCTech Didn't fix machine in six days. Won't honor guarantee. Kept money and stalling. Won't respond back. Don't use them, they can't fix your machine! Internet
Had a virus on a machine. Chatted with onlinecomputerrepair.org who was recommended in several articles. They take control of the machine. They ran about 20 programs (most are freeware) to try to fix the machine. Could not fix corrupted windows Vista files including windows installer. Repeatedly ran same programs for six days to no avail. I finally formated disk myself and installed another operating system. They won't refund money even though their web site "guarantees" they can fix the machine. In what? Ten Years. Don't use them. They just rip you off.
