I DECIDED TO ORDER THIS PROGRAM OFFLINE, THINKING IT MIGHT BE INTERESTING. SO I PAID FOR THE TRIAL PERIOD OF ONLY 3 DAYS FOR 4.95 AND AS LONG AS I CANCELLED IT WITHIN THAT PERIOD I WOUD NOT BE CHARGE ANY THING MORE. SO I GOT ON THE WEBSITE AND WAS CHECKING IT OUT. IT WAS NOTHING THAT I THOUGHT IT WAS AND DECIDED I DID NOT WANT IT, SO NATURALLY I WAS GOING TO CANCELL IT.

SO I FOUND THE PAGE UNDER HELP TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND TYPED IN WHAT INFORMATION IT ASKED ME FOR AND THE NEXT PAGE TOLD ME THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS CANCELLED. SO I THOUGHT GOOD.

WELL IT TURNS OUT THAT THE FOLLOWING MONDAY THE COMPANY TOOK OUT 29.95 OF MY ACCOUNT. SO I CALLED TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THE GUY ON THE PHONE TELLS ME THAT I HAD TO CANCELL THE ACCOUNT WITHIN THE TRIAL PERIOD.

WHEN I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I DID AND EVEN TOLD HIM THE PROCESS I WEN THROUGH TO CANCELL IT, HE TELLS ME THAT THERE IS NOTHING HE COULD DO, THAT I PROBABLY DID SOMETHING WRONG.

I TOLD HIM THAT IT WASN'T ME, THAT I KNEW HOW TO READ AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, AND THAT IT HAD TO BE THEIR WEBSITE THAT WAS MESSED UP. SO HE DID CANCELL MY ACCOUNT, BUT WILL NOT REFUND MY 29.95.

SO BECAUSE OF THEIR WEBSITE BEING MESSED UP, I AM OUT THE MONEY (WHICH ACCORDING TO THEM IS MY FAULT).

I DID TRY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES OVER A 2 DAY PERIOD AND EVEY TIME THE EMAILS GOT SENT BACK TO ME.
