1. On October 13, 2009 I ordered a leather case for my cell phone for $14.98. I gave them my email address as part of the ordering process but I never received a confirmation email like all other normal websites. Consequently, I never knew my order number.



2. I waited for around 3 weeks at which time I called and followed up with an email to them asking them whats going on. They informed me that they were on backorder and I would receive the item when it came in. Being that Im an understanding guy (and maybe a bit nave), I let it go.



3. Two weeks later, I still hadnt received the product. I called again. At first, they couldnt find my order and were about to hang up on me. When I insisted, they asked me for my first name. Apparently, they store their orders by first name. Luckily, I have an unusual first name and they were able to find my order. I cant imagine what would have happened if my name was Frank. They told me that it was still on backorder. I then asked to cancel the order and refund the money. They said no problem, and theyd do it in 7-10 days. Being that Im patient (and maybe a bit nave), I said okay. It shouldnt take 7-10 days to do a refund.



4. Its now 10 weeks later and I still havent received my item or my money. They don't answer my emails at at all.



5. A short Google search for onlyphonenetwork should have warned me away from them in the beginning. I found a more than usual amount of complaints about them.
