Onrebate.com rebate impossible to get - website impossible to navigate Ripoff Boca Raton Florida
I purchased a moniter from tigerdirect.com with a $90 rebate to donate to our church. When I tried to get the rebate, it was an online rebate from onrebate.com. I went to the site and began to fill out the form but got mixed up and put my SHIPPING address instead of BILLING. (I used the church address instead of my own). I realized this immediately after hitting "return" but there was no way to go back and change any of the imformation so I continued on with my rebate submission but wrote an email to customer service at onrebate.com, asking their help in changing the address on my forms.
I got a reply that I thought Karenia from onrebate.com was going to help me, but then on the 5th day, I got a rejection email that my rebate was rejected. I tried calling but she said that she couldn't change anything and I'd have to get an invoice with my shipping address as my billing address, which cannot be done as this is my church! So anyway, when I asked for her supervisor, she HUNG UP and I then did a search for the "onrebate.com" company which led me straight to this website.
I find it hard to believe that you can't make a mistake and go back and correct it immediately and its going to cost me $90 of my own money.
I wrote tigerdirect.com and email about the issue and am hoping they can help me because if they don't, I'm afraid I'm not going to order anything from them again. I'm a fairly smart person, Master's Degree, etc., and I feel very frustrated that I can't seem to fill out a rebate form to their specifications!
