I placed an order for my 11-year old son, he gave me HIS hard earned money for a game controller he had been wanting. I almost immediatally received an email stating that the order is being packaged "as he types", and will ship within 2-5 business days. Informing me that I will receive a separate email with tracking information once it ships. Needless to say I never received any email with tracking info, nor the product.
My son has been waiting for MONTHS for this, and asks everyday if I've heard a status. I have sent at lease a dozen emails, all go un-answered. Their website has no phone number, no other contact information other than the email to which I continue to send requests for updates.
In addition I believe they charged my card for other items also! The same card I used to pay for the controller, just days after payment suddenly had 4-other charges (all "online-transaction") that I didn't authorize to various different company names. I hadn't used that card in almost 5-months, it had a ZERO balance at the time I purchased this item. Then suddenly my card is maxed out with bogus charges. So not only am I havaing to dispute and try and get these funds back, but also have to go through the hassle of disputing all the others also.
I am TRULY convinced it was them! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY....YOU WILL BE OUT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS even if you only purchased an item worth $25!

SMH they change their website domain every month and keep scamming innocent people. they are now phoncolmi.com
