Ontrendspower Allsalestrends (entity who charged my card) Took my money, did not ship product. Link they provided for shipping returns an error page.

Ordered two small coolers and paid in full. Website says they’ll ship in 1-3 days. It’s been ten days with no updates, emails sent to their "support” email address have gone unanswered.
