Another organisation wanting an up-front fee for me to be eligible to win a prize, in this case up to 10,000.
Previous companies wishing to extract up-front money from me have been sent letters to the following effect:- "I've won HOW much? WOW! Come over here, present me the check personally, wait until the check clears through my bank and the amount appears in my account, and I'll pay you 10% to cover your incurred expenses."
Oddly enough, so far none have replied!
