Optics Fast Inc Bait and switch tactic Brooklynn New York
They took a pair of Persol's sun glasses that had polarized glass lenses and replaced them with generic plastic lenses.
Charged my credit card card for a pair of Oakleys that they didnt repair and I had to call about getting it taken off my card.
They asked that the glasses when shipped be packed in bubble wrap and please include the microfiber cloth with the glasses and when they where shipped back to me they came in a cardboard box with no packing at all and no microfiber cloth or was fragile written any where on the box.
I have made several calls to the company and all they do is refer you too a web site to file a claim. They advertise on the web site, 60 days 100% satisfaction guaranteed, all frames and styles, custom cut any lenses, price match and no charge if the repairs cant be made.
