Subject Konstatin Grek dishonors contract, refusing to refund as contractually agreed under a 30 trial period.

On Aug 11, as promoted under a 30 day refund guarantee, I purchased Grek's OptionNeuromaster v2.3 for $149, sold by his stockneuromaster.com website, but paid as instructed by Grek through the Paypal address of [email protected], URL http://neuromastersoftware.com It is promoted to help define underlying turning points with alleged strong accuracy on individual stacks, using 4 algorithms.

Finding his program unimproved IMHO from his v1 which I had tried in 2011, and very cumberson, as introduced and at the encouragement of a former technician of OU who left at the same time as Ron Ianieri, moving to Chris Rowe's former company.

I thus requested on 8-23, 2 weeks after purchase, a full refund. Grek countered quickly, offering to upgrade me to his premium program “ in lieu of a refund”.

I immediately declined, again asking for a full refund of my $149.

On 9-4, having heard nothing, I again asked at his usable OU address, for my refund, but got an auto-reply saying Grek was “out of town” until 9-19.

Since then I have sent 5 different emails, noting my concerns and feelings that he intends to dishonor his contract as originally stated. I have heard nothing further from him, confirming now definitely that he is intent on dishonoring his side of the contract.

As of 11-5-13, I have heard nothing from Grek, and still find his “[email protected]” address non-functioning with any email sent to that address as immediately returned as “undeliverable.” This despite a recent promo email from that site that he is reviving his website and “wanted me to be the first to know.”

He allegedly works full time at Options University, giving his usable address as “[email protected]” & claims Brett Fogle is no longer an owner, who incidentally also has a history of refusing valid full refunds of at least several people who purchased Forex Profit Predictor while Fogle was the CEO of Global Profit Group back in early 2012, as promoted by John Rawlins and Derek Frey. That FPP site was closed and inaccessible for many months, but I note via spam mail, FPP is back promoting other programs. These FPP promos obviously should also be avoided like the plague.

Respectfully Submitted,
