Orange County DSS Denied Due Process; No Notice; No Reasonable Efforts; Stole Children ripoff Goshen New York
- Denial of Due Process for Mother and Two Children
- No Cause to 'take' children who were not in my immediate care at the time (they were in residential care).
- No Notice
- No reasonable efforts or any efforts to contact mom prior to 'legally' kidnapping my children.
- Gave them to two known abusive men (with criminal convictions for domestic violence crimes).
Not only did Orange County, NY, DSS take my two children without cause, notice, or reasonable efforts; DSS gave them to two men who were convicted of domestic violence crimes in criminal court - my children had a current criminal court order of protection at the time against one man.
I have since regained one child but the other is residing with her paternal grandparents while her father completes his latest state prison sentence!
I have most of the reports where DSS and the two fathers give known false information about me to other professionals and to this day this misinformation has caused me loss of employment and other forms of derivitive and collateral damage, not to mention the stigma of being branded as a 'child abuser' when I've never abused or neglected my children, never been arrested and had a good name and job.
