This company preys on the elderly. My 80 year old mother received a pop up "warning" on her computer that it was infected and to call this number. They talked her into letting them basically invade her computer and take it over, and then pay $599 for a 5 year "protection plan." They don't take credit cards, only checks, which they have the victim put on their scanner so they can "scan" it to them. Fortunately the account my mom used doesn't have much money in it, and she doesn't do any banking on this computer. When you Google the company they have lots of fake BBB reviews and such, this is the only site where I saw an actual complaint about what they are doing.
