I booked a roundtrip flight to Nashville from Boston and then realized that I had to move it back a day because of a business commitment.  When I checked the system it informed me that because I had been a good customer the cancellation and rebooking would only cost me a small processing fee. I proceeded with the change and was suprised too find that I was double billed.  

When I tried to get a credit for the $533 I was told that it could not be done as I had never cancelled the prior flight. I called countless times and was told that I had to now fight this with Delta directly as they no longer had my money.  After repeated attempts to get this resolved a manager told me she could only issue me a $100 credit towards a future flight.

I had my credit card company credit me but Orbitz fought it and forced the money back.  I will never use this service again - I have had much better results with (((competitor's name redacted))).

Even though I showed them all the records they could possibly need to make a new determination - they claim they do not have access to the information and refuse to fix this!!
