An attourney may be interested in this case at little or no cost to you. You don't have to be bawled over like this and take it! You ought to look in your local phone book and contact some attourneys and see if they will give you a free consultation. Most importantly, you must go to this bank on a daily basis if nessesary. If one person can't help you, you need to speak to the person over them. If that person can't help you, you need to speak to the person over them. This can also be more comfortbly done by phone, too. If you keep bugging them over this day after day, week after week, month after month, eventially someone will have to pay attention to you sooner that later. I can gaurantee you that cutting up the card makes absolutely no difference to them what so ever. Please keep trying to talk to some one. If you dan't they will just keep billing you higher and higher. Confront this head on on the phone or in person. Don't get too mad or they will not deal with it. Persist. Take control over thiws before it takes control of you. You don't need the long term headache! Good Luck!
