Good morning i'm Italian!
I write you to bring at your attention a case of internet fraud of which I was victim some days ago.
I bought a Sony digital camera (mod. DSC f-828) from Oryshop.com web site for 500 usd.
After I exchanged various mail with Noriza Saputra (owner of the Company) about
the terms of shipping and economics conditions I placed the order and I payed 515usd by Tranfer Telegraph from my bank to his bank account in Indonesia.
Since this time the seller don't reply more to my mail and i didn't receive anything.
How can i do? Im not the only one victim of this fraud. Other people payed but didn't received anything and no reply from Oryshop.
Can you investigate about them?
Is there any possibility to be reimbursed?
