Orkin Incomplete Inspection Bensalem Pennsylvania
I had wasps in my screen room and was unable to find a nest so I called Orkin on Tuesday, April 7, 2015. They sent a man out that evening. I told him wasps were coming into my screen room so he sprayed around the outside and inside of my screen room and told me I would see them for another week then call if they persisted.
On the following Monday there were 8 wasps in my screen room on the windows that I had to kill then Tuesday it rained so I didn't see any. Wednesday, April 15, 2015 my friend came over and went on my deck and was attacked by wasps. Thank heavens he had his epi pens with him. The nest was actually in the frame around the door that goes into my bedroom. Orkin never checked my deck, which is the roof of my screen room. They should have known to check it and the work I paid $276 for was for nothing. My friend killed the wasps using a $7 bottle of wasp spray from Home Depot.
If anyone gets wasps buy a bottle of Spectracide Pro, it shoots 20 feet and works. Don't pay Orkin for a shoddy job at an expensive price.
I also had to call them to cancel the contract they talked me into. They only give you 3 days to do that or you're stuck for a year and who needs them out in the snow anyway for almost $700 a year? I hope it's canceled. They don't send any confirmation of that.
