Oro Gold Cosmetics Natalia and Carla lured me into buying the Zero Gravity Perfection Plus Led without telling me the policy of no return . This is a ripoff. Cerritos CA
Carla and Natalia kept me in the store and won't really let me leave until I buy the item they offered. At first they said it cost $4599.00 to which I said I can't afford it and don't need it. After a lot of reducing the price, to let me feel that I'm getting a good deal, they sold it to me for $1518.00. I just took it so I could leave the store, but I had in mind to return it. So I went the following day to return, and was told that its policy is no return no refund. I begged them and told them that's not on my budget, and they promised me that they'd call their supervisor and call me back. So I waited but they never called me back, except to offer me free facial. I disputed it with Discover Card, and took them over 2 months to tell me that the transaction was legit since they showed a receipt that I signed. But that signature was just on the machine which didn't show the policy of no return. Now I've been calling Carla, but she won't return my call as promised. This is really a rip off. This company sells products that are very expensive, but very ineffective.
