Complaint Review: OTEDA Industrial Co. - Nationwide

I am so glad I am not the only person out-there I also have Problems with this so called company (OTEDA Industrial Co., Limited) they are all nice until you have a problem and give them your money. Once you have a real problem example warranty issue there is no such thing as help they wont help you and imagine if you purchased over 50 products from them and if they all had a quality issue????

It means all your money has gone down the drain be very very careful when buying from companies as this because I can promise you they will give you the cold shoulder which gives the Chinese manufactures a real bad name.

Do not I repeat do not buy anything from ( OTEDA Industrial Co., Limited ) its all nice nice nice until you have a problem then its rude rude rude.

I am based in the UK and made a huge mistake buying from them never ever again.

Shame on your Mr so called Johnson.

I have been dealing with Oteda for a while now and have spent thousands of dollars with them. They are fast, honest and accessible. A+++ T

we have been doing biz for several months and I have to saythat that company is toyally honest .Ive never seen in my hole life a slesman that to preffer to sale less phones, but have the trust of their client they doesnt sell one thing for another when you buy them they tell you all about the phones and they allways answer the phone,e-mail,chat,etccc,includimg for this person smoke signals.this man is cheating he is trying to get benefit for what he didn't payed for it

our company always try to do the long term biz and we are Golbal Source Verified Supplier,we are doing wholesale,do not need cheat you one mobile phone,i have talked with our sales,at the begining,we have told you that,our product is clone iphone and it has already show on our website, classification is "IPhone Clone". when you sending the emai to our company e-mail address,we reply you at the first time,it is not like you are saying "cut the communication". you are childishly thinking that buy a clone phone can use original software. we never said our phone can use the original software,we said it's just a clone phone,just the shape is the same,if buy a 60USD mobile phone can use 355USD's function, why everybody buying the expansive one? why Apple company still alive? this website is our customer told me to see,we are very angry about your action, we also have cooperation partner in USA and Canada,in us,our partner website:"http://www.zenstech.com/" you can confirm with them,see that did we cheat them or not? if we cheat,we will choose a big one,not you. my dear customer

There website says they are in China and the Iphone is a clone. Contact phone numbers are definatly not US or Canada. No where on their site do I see that they are a service provider or do more than sell phones. You bought the phone now you need to get it connected if you want to use it.
